Flagship Workshop
As artificial intelligence, automated agents, and other digital technologies become more powerful, individuals, communities, and leaders face new challenges in distinguishing truth from manipulation. This workshop by AtabeyX explores how AI-enabled systems, social media dynamics, psychological influence techniques, and emerging technologies can shape perceptions, behaviors, reputations, and social responses—sometimes in ways that undermine human dignity, safety, and fundamental rights.
Through practical discussions, real-world examples, and evidence-based insights from behavioral science, participants will strengthen their capacity for critical thinking, digital awareness, and resilient leadership. The workshop examines how manipulation, disinformation, coordinated harassment, coercion, and reputational attacks can affect individuals and communities, with particular attention to the risks faced by women and other vulnerable groups in digital environments.
Participants will learn how to identify common psychological and technological tactics used to influence beliefs and behavior, assess information more critically, recognize signs of online abuse and manipulation, and contribute to the responsible development and governance of AI and emerging technologies. The workshop encourages constructive dialogue around the future we want to build—one in which technology serves humanity, supports truth, protects fundamental rights, and helps create safer, fairer, and more prosperous societies.
As part of the experience, participants receive access to the book & digital exhibition Female Leadership in the AI Age, a powerful philosophical & artistic reflection on resilience, identity, technology, and human dignity. The exhibition complements the workshop by inviting deeper reflection on the personal and societal impact of online abuse, digital power structures, and the importance of safeguarding human rights in the AI era.

"The solution to AI manipulation via social media can only be found with critical thinking and awareness. There is a lot of education needed in this respect, and it is fundamental that we strengthen this skill as we advance the development of AI and other digital technologies."
— Dr. Johanny A. Pestalozzi, Global Executive President & CEO, AtabeyX Ventures.
This book, currently under concept phase, tells the powerful and deeply human story of a female leader whose life and career were upended by a prolonged digital assault—spanning a sexually explicit deepfake, cyberstalking, cyberbullying, defamation, and sustained harassment over two and a half years while living as an expat in Switzerland.
Through her journey, the narrative explores not only the emotional and professional toll of such violations but also the resilience required to reclaim one’s voice, identity, and purpose.
Blending personal reflection with forward-looking insight, the book aims to inspire women in leadership to persevere through adversity while offering a thoughtful examination of the evolving risks and opportunities that artificial intelligence presents—especially for women navigating visibility, power, and influence in a digitally interconnected world.
